250th Battle of Brandywine

September 10-12, 2027 -  Join in the 250th anniversary of the "Battle of Brandywine" on the original historic ground at Sandy Hollow Heritage Park, Birmingham Township, PA.   The 43rd Regiment of Foot and Ninth PA Regiment invite you to participate in a major 240th commemoration of the Battle of Brandywine on the original battlefield.  Effort will be made to approximate the original engagement using the adjacent horse farm and woodland as well as Sandy Hollow, now a wide open grassy township park where the Marquis de Lafayette was wounded, a battlefield a mile long.
