300th Anniversary of Huntington Homestead

Your unit is invited to the 300th Anniversary of the Samuel Huntington Homestead in Scotland Ct. This event is being presented by the Samuel Huntington Homestead. This is an exclusive invitational event. We want this event to be a great event as far as material culture and authentic as possible, recreated units from the Revolutionary War. This is not to be the re-creation of an actual event although the house is on the W3R route. These activities will take place entirely on the grounds of the Samuel Huntington Homestead in Scotland CT.

This is a one day event with camping permitted on Friday night and Saturday if need be.

 At present the Huntington Homestead will be providing:

¨      Water, firewood and hay;

¨      Rest rooms and porta johns;

¨      Participant parking;

¨      Units will receive a small stipend to be determined.

¨      Updates and schedules will be provided to those units who accept to come.
